Shipping policy
Processing Time Before Delivery
Delivery dates are non-binding unless a fixed date has been expressly agreed upon in writing. As a rule, orders placed by 3:00 p.m. on a business day are processed the same day and delivered the following day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Costs
For orders with a value of up to CHF 50.00 (per order), we charge shipping costs of CHF 9.00. Orders with a value of CHF 50.00 or more (per order) ship free of charge.
Delivery Countries
Orders from ComputerWorks AG are delivered only within Switzerland.
Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at info@computerworks.ch within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
We are not liable for losses, including lost packages, package damage, losses due to delays, and other losses caused by the carrier. Upon handover of the ordered goods to the carrier (Post, SBB, freight forwarder), the risk passes to the buyer. However, we will assist you in contacting the responsible carrier. Please retain all packaging and damaged goods, as they may be required to file a damage claim with the carrier.
